Onsite Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Reliability and Maintainability (RAM) engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years engineering experience
• Active secret clearance

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 5 Years Experience with Bachelor's in Science; 3 Years Experience with Masters; 1 Year with PhD.
• Experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline
• Experience with and Ability to Perform RAM&T allocations and predictions
• Experience with and Ability Develop Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis
• Experience with and Ability to Develop mission reliability analysis
• Familiarity with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
• Experience with and Ability to perform Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
• Individual must possess good communication skills.
• Candidate must demonstrate ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
• Applicants must have a current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
